I’m passionate about enabling people to connect to their inner knowing and realise their true, soul-aligned self
My professional life started as a teacher, in Spain, Liverpool and inner London – all rich training grounds. I moved to sales and marketing in an international organisation before I really embarked on my soul journey, becoming a shamanic healer, a management development professional and coach. My journey seriously took off when I discovered Life Alignment which literally saved my emotional life. I became a practitioner and then a teacher of Life Alignment.
I am so excited to bring the Life Alignment Academy to the UK – a comprehensive professional training programme giving you a profound knowledge and expertise in Life Alignment and focusing on your own growth and development.
I incorporate coaching in my Life Alignment practice in central London and on zoom, and when I’m not ‘working’ (it’s more of a pleasure, a life-style!) I love hand-building pottery and life and portrait painting.
Nature restores me. Colour, in flowers, clothes, everywhere – is a cornerstone of my life.

TEACHER
I have 24 years experience working with Life Alignment, to help people unravel the knots, release blockages and find inner freedom in a safe, nurturing space. I also teach Life Alignment, introducing people to using this powerful transformational tool to change their lives and the lives of others. I have always been passionate about supporting people on their inner journey towards authenticity. My personal journey started in Zimbabwe where I grew up and lived until 2010 when I moved to UK and continues to unfold and surprise me all the time. I practice in St Leonard’s on Sea, East Sussex, UK.
TEACHER IN TRAINING
Life Alignment came on my path in 2013. I received an amazing balance from Jeff Levin, which was the start of my journey with Life Alignment. I work as an advanced practitioner and coordinator in the Netherlands. In 2019 I met Francesca Chiarmetta, the founder of the Life ALignment Academy, which was the start of the Life Alignment Academy in the Netherlands. As part of the organization and as a tutor we worked our way through the Covid period of 2020-2023. I am excited to also be part of the Academy in London. I am looking forward to another inspiring journey together.

is a Life Alignment practitioner who has trained with the founder of Life Alignment, Jeff Levin, since 2003. She is a tutor on the UK Life Alignment Academy. Her life-long interest in human potential, wellbeing and consciousness has dovetailed with a 20-year career as a journalist and researcher, including providing PR for complementary health organisations, writing on holistic health, and working as research assistant to best-selling author and scientist Rupert Sheldrake, exploring consciousness and ESP. She was also a director of Alternatives, St James’, Piccadilly, London’s premier holistic education programme, and has managed a Jungian training institute in London.
